10/09 UPDATE !
I just moved into my new home and I am pumped ! I'm really excited about the process of making this MY home. I'll be making my own honey do lists and shopping for decor. LOL

Some people are glass half full or glass half empty. I'm just happy to have a glass !

I believe happiness is a choice and I choose to be happy. I am kind to everyone and believe that courtesy costs nothing and brings goodness in return. I am very even tempered and seldom get upset by anything. Communication is everything in a relationship and I am comfortable with who I am and my emotions. You will never have to guess what's going on with me. I believe chemistry is important and attraction can't be faked! Maybe love is like rain. Sometimes gentle, sometimes torrential, flooding, eroding, quiet, steady, filling the earth, collecting in hidden springs. When it rains, when we love, new life grows..

I am a chocolate freak, particularly dark chocolate. I like to cook and I think cooking together can be fun! I would take a cooking class as a date. I love all kinds of music, sing with the radio and want to take guitar lessons. I don't have any children but I have great respect for single moms. Being a mom is a 24/7 job and the most important job in the world.

Travel is a must for me. I have been to Canada, Mexico, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. I speak english and spanish and I have been to Cancun/Cozumel a number of times. I am physically active and would like a partner who wants to exercise, play/watch sports, dance and keep me on my toes. I am a movie fan , I must admit I like action/sci-fi but we can take turns picking the movie. I am comfortable with physical displays of affection. Hold my hand, hug me, kiss me and I won't care what other people think.

I work with computers in a medical setting. My job is challanging, demanding and highly rewarding. I was an x-ray tech and MRI tech for 12 years and now have been a network administrator at a large hospital for 3 years. I need a good work/life balance to be happy. Movies at home, dressing up for fine dining or swimsuits at the lake all sound good to me. I like to play softball, tennis or racquet ball. Can you teach me a new game like golf, water skiing or snow skiing ?

I often steal- ideas from this site - LOL. So the first time we meet lets call it that , a meeting, not a date. Meet me for coffee, lunch or after work some place you are comfortable and we can talk. Someplace by the lake like Sneaky Pete's would be fun! It might be a very short time like " Thanks but no thanks" or longer like " Don't go, one more round ? " The best part is we don't have to stay or go, we can do what we want. I have read several profiles on here and I agree the first meeting should be low pressure. Then if we like we can have a longer real date. We can hot air balloon, skydive or karaoke on the real date!
