All my friends are married and have children! As wonderful as they are, I would like to meet new people to do things with...things other than go to birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese! I am looking to meet new friends, activity partners, and if the stars are all in alignment, possibly start a relationship. I enjoy traveling anywhere (as long as it's not in an RV!), trying new restaurants, wine tasting, summer festivals, concerts in park, and generally socializing. I’m not athletic, but I wish I was! I seem to be a chronic beginner in several non-contact sports; I'm determined to one day finally "get" golf. I took up running not long ago and ran a half marathon. I managed to finish the race and not seriously injure myself or anyone else, so that was a huge accomplishment for me!...so maybe I can consider myself a runner.

I love fresh air and fresh snow, although sometimes I could use some help figuring out how to best enjoy them! I have been camping and fishing and always had fun, but I'm not sure I would tackle (no pun intended!) those activities alone. There are many other indoor and outdoor adventures and activities I'd like to try. For example, I love the idea of dressing up and going to an opera...or bundling up and going snowshoeing.

Some random facts about me: I'm fairly independent and I have a high metabolism, which is a good thing, because I love, love, love to eat! I'm always striving to eat healthier and drink more water.

Some things that I look for in someone else: chemistry…good values, honesty, trust, intelligence, and definitely a good sense of humor! It's a bonus if you like sushi!

Ideal first date: Meet...fireworks. Short of that...coffee/cocktail and engaging conversation is good!
