Online dating..oh boy..here goes..I enjoy being active, running, hiking, working out, anything that gets you moving. I am recovering from a broken/sprained ankle so I am slowly getting back to what I used to do. I enjoy going out but I have no problem with a quiet night at home; I love to watch movies and snuggle, maybe make some popcorn. I would love to be able to eventually travel, so many places to see!
I work in the healthcare field and I am currently pursuing my associate in nursing. I look forward to being the best nurse that I possibly can. It is a field that I love. I think I will eventually end up in pediatrics.
I am a kind, caring, compassionate person. I love to laugh and feel that I have a good sense of humor. I am a little on the sarcastic side..fair warning. I am not high maintenance, pretty down to earth and realistic. I work hard in everything I do. I am open minded and have no problem telling you what I want or need.
I enjoy talking and getting to know people. I am very optimistic..finding the silver lining gets us through the tough times. You have to be able to pick up the pieces and sometimes make a new puzzle..adapt and overcome the situation. If you can’t laugh at yourself or what is going on around you ..then I think you will find yourself to be a pretty grumpy person and that gets old.

My kids are awesome. They mean the world to me. I have five of them (ages 8-15) so if this bothers you..go away now. They are my number one and they are the reason I work as hard as I do. (I am not looking for another dad for them, they have one.) I don’t mind if you do or don’t have kids. I do not plan on bringing anyone around my kids for a while. It makes it hard for scheduling, but they come first. I do my best to set a good example for my kids with behavior and morals.

I'll be blunt, if you are looking for a one night stand or friends with benefits, if you don't like kids, and or if you are a control freak with an anger management problem please do not contact me. I am pretty laid back and easy going but I have tolerated all that I can on certain things. I don't have time for drama, save it for someone else.


Sometimes life brings unexpected changes…I never thought I would be here. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life; I am going to make it the best I can. It is hard to put down a three dimensional person onto a one dimensional paper.. so to speak.
