Hi, I'm Darren. I am an active world traveler, and I love having adventures. I am an excellent storyteller and I have many from my travels. I love a good road trip. I'm into sports quite a bit, mostly football and hockey, although my love of hockey is kinda new. If you are a raiders or a cowboys fan, expect me to tease you a lot, its not your fault, but your team does suck and you deserve taunting for likng them. I'm also a fan of soccer, but it bores me unless Im with other fans. I recently discovered Geocaching and think it is just about the coolest thing ever. I read quite a bit, mostly novels and comics. I love music, I think you can tell a lot about a person by what they play on a jukebox.

I am kinda a nerd, I sometimes forget that girls don't really give a damn about Star Wars. Eventhough it makes no sense because Star Wars is ****ing sweet. I don't think its a big deal that every now and then i might make a reference to the Wrath of Kahn. However this is a turn off to some women.

I enjoy video games, but only if i have someone to play with, they just bore me if I'm by myself. I think the Wii is one of the coolest toys ever built. Have you played Wii tennis, cmon, its amazing. I love theme parks and generally anywhere with roller coasters. I also love carnival games. I used to work with an ex-carnie and he taught me all the tricks.

First dates depend on the weather. I hate movies and similar stuff because you can't talk to people and get to know them. I would rather be outside doing an activity of some kind. I don't remember who said that "You can learn more about someone in an hour of play, than a lifetime of conversation." I think minigolf is a pretty sweet way to start things off. Of course laser tag is better. Having a couple drinks is good, so maybe bowling is the ultimate first date activity. Its fun, cheap, and you can have a couple beers.
