I like to dine out at casual restaurants, listen to live music, visit local festivals and fairs, shop malls or outlet stores, golf, fish, and just being out on, or near, the water in the spring and summer. Eating crabs with friends and doing things outdoors when the weather permits as opposed to being inside watching TV; although watching a good movie (action, horror, comedy, sci-fi) at home is nice at times also. I have a very keen sense of humor and I am always looking to make another funny observation or tongue-in-cheek remark. I am usually willing to try new things, but there are limits; nothing illegal and nothing that does not have some built-in measure of safety e.g. skydiving would be fun, skydiving with a homemade-chute would just be stupid - unless you're an experienced parachute maker :) I mostly love music from the 70's and 80's (rock, top40), but I also will listen to Reggae, Country, Classical, Easy Listening, etc.
All of my pictures were taken as of Sept 2009 and I would hope that anyone I communicate with would also be representing themselves honestly and accurately. I am looking for someone who also devotes some time to staying in shape be it in the form of routine exercise or by just getting out and walking, biking, etc. I like to stay active and I am hoping to find someone who is willing to get out of the house and experience life to the fullest.

I would like for my companion and I to agree on a nice restaurant (after finding out what types of food each other enjoys) and then have an early dinner there and get to know the person with some hopefully engaging conversation. If there is any chemistry, we could continue the evening at a place that has live music for drinks and dancing. If not, we hopefully will have at least had a nice dinner and some enjoyable conversation.
