I'm confident, fun and crazy. No ego, just soul. No complications, just plain honesty with me. I might have some great stories, but will never make you listen to them, unless you want to.

So this is the transition part of life. As you can see by my pictures, I am a marine. Well, I was a marine-forget that once a marine stuff. The last 4 years of my life has been all about duty, honor and shooting guns. Now that im back to the real world im starting to realize a few things. Being able to take apart a M1, fixing a clogged rocket launcher or retreading a tank arent exactly skills that most employers are looking for.

The marines was tough because I am an independent thinker. And that isn’t exactly a quality that is looked on highly there. Sometimes I'm taking time to myself to just think about anything. I love to laugh, and hated having so few reasons to do so in Iraq. Plus I really missed my dog. I have two big dogs who completely tore up my mom’s house while I was gone.

While there I shot. Alot of things. I shot off pistols, cannons, rifles, my mouth and rocket launchers. But the thing I shot the most was my camera. I know that I will never be a professional photographer in real life, but that doesn’t mean I cant be a professional in my mind. I took over 15thousand pictures while deployed but promise not to bore youwith any of them unless you ask. And really mean it when you do. I can tell you know.

Win lose or tie, I'm a Cubs fan, have been all my life and will be till I die.

I've traveled around the world both in and out of uniform and am finally ready to see a few cities with a best friend. Hopefully not in uniform. And hopefully without any marine cooks making bland, lifeless food in bathtub-pots for a few hundred guys.

When I think about the future, I see myself with a small family, a wife who has seen a few countries with me and a kid strapped to my back in one of those ugly backpacks all living in a nice modern home. Oh, and the wife can’t be too tall, as I am not. But until that time I have to settle for a large extended family, friends to go to concerts with and a backpack full of snackfood when hiking over a weekend, all living in a cramped apartment with cheap art and a few of my pictures.

Anything simple where we can get to know eachother and talk. Lets see if the online chemistry holds up face 2 face
