I'm from Texas originally, and moved all over the state while growing up, but stayed mostly in west and central Texas. I've lived in the Omaha area for about 17 years and I like it all except for the winters.

I'm a really open minded type of guy. It seems like every time that I've been forced into doing something that I didn't want to, and after adjusting, good things still come. So I don't like to put a label on myself and say that I'll never change, because we always do. This way it keeps life exciting.

I've recently decided to go for my real estate license. I think that type of work would be more beneficial and I would really like to change professions eventually, because I get really tired of working on computer systems after so long.

I just went to my first tropical island this summer (been to the desert ones, but not my pref), which was a lot of fun. It was a work related trip, but I took advantage and had a lot of fun.

I try to be an understanding type of person and I pay attention to how I affect others with decisions that I make. I know sometimes we all have to say "screw it" and make a decision anyway, but I can't stand people that really don't care and always run over people every chance they get. I think that there is usually more than one way to accomplish goals, and if possible, I will take the time to figure out another way if it will help someone out.

I've traveled to many places all around the world and like it, but I also enjoy staying at home and relaxing from the, at times, hectic airports and hurrying to catch the next flight. I have been able to enjoy a lot in life, but also have to tighten the reigns from time to time to keep things manageable.
