I am 27 years old and live in Central CT. Im currently a 10k runner training for the Olympics and I have super powers which give me the capability to read ones thoughts..OK. so i may be fibbing on one or two of those. I am actually a sales rep for a major company and will be going back to finish my b.s. next semester. I'm recently single after a year long relationship. I enjoy staying fit, live sporting events(redsox and pats), trying new places to eat, traveling, and the occasional road trips to different destinations. I'm first generation Italian (yes i know i don't look it in my skin or hair color but I do share some common traits) and have a lot of family there so I'd like to head out that way again soon.
I tend to like to cross bridges as they come, so right now, I'm looking for someone to go on a first date with. If there are sparks then we will go from there. In a partner, I'd prefer the sweet girl next door type who is emotionally open, can show affection, communicates well ,and has a good level head on her shoulders(meaning she is logical for those who dont know what that means). I am not attracted to the clubby types, druggies, smokers, and the overly orange glowing fake bakers. Possible skin cancer modeling candidates just aren't attractive to me sorry.

P.S. It would really be cool if I had the psychic capability huh?

Probably a key first date would be the typical dinner and drinks. The coffee thing isn't my favorite idea because if you would have coffee with someone then you'd most certainly get dinner with them. And this is such a relative question so the answer would be "just wing it."
