I am an intelligent, confident woman with a keen sense of humor and a great appreciation of close friends and loving family. I have an easy laugh, especially regarding the absurd and the ability to adjust perspective depending on the circumstances. Nature offers an amazing stage for happy weekends... I prefer it to the gym but love yoga and pilates. I believe I have a positive energy and have been told it is contagious. I love to cook and am pretty good at it, whether relying on old favorites or trying new recipes. Eclectic taste in music... Cold Play and U2, Daughtry, Sarah McLaughlin, Jackson Browne, Wallflowers, Jonny Lang... many more. I enjoy watching the Patriots or the Red Sox and can be found stuck to the TV during the Olympics, especially swimming events as I was a competitive swimmer (and diver) in my day. I hike the trails and beaches of the Cape often but also love trolling around city streets, museums and window shopping. Walking through Harvard Square is a real passion and reminds me of growing up in Cambridge; stopping for a mocha latte or a fantastic blend of tea... tapas and wine tasting... Borders books... the local chowder festival. Almost anything can be fun with the right company. Conversation is a real art and I am a true admirer of easy banter.
