I really don't know what to put on this. So as to help not waste your time, I'll start with my deal-breaker: I have allergies to scents (colognes, body sprays, etc). I can't change my allergy, so I have to ask people to be as scent-free as possible around me, and I understand that can be a lot to ask for some. I like a good clean smell, or a good clean sweat. But if you like to cover that up with sprays, heavy aftershaves and cologne, you may as well stop reading here.

Now the toughie of what to say? I'm new to this, and not used to describing myself. I'm the quiet one on the corner of the couch, being active in conversations as a listener. However, once out of my shy stage, I can talk for hours.

I guess a bit about me. I strive to find contentment, and enjoy simple things. I believe actions have consequences, and so I try to live without regrets, and try to look for the positive in any situation.

I enjoy reading (fantasy, like Charles De Lint, Lord of the Rings, Magie Furey), watching movies (too many favourites to list, but pretty much anything but horror) and television (favourites include House and Fringe). My tastes in music range from electronica/dance to pop to hip-hop, some country, some hard rock. I'm currently hooked on Teardrop by Orbital, and Say Hey by Michael Franti & Spearhead. I'm also learning to cook (no deaths yet, and in fact some favourites!), do craft work, and photography. I love hiking and camping in the summer time.

I prefer to have quality friends, instead of a quantity of them. I do have a wicked sense of humour that pipes up out of nowhere at times. I enjoy a good evening out, but as well, a good evening in.
