I have many, diverse interests and even though I've traveled throughout the world, I still have fairly simple interests. I enjoy getting out into nature, whether that be hiking, camping, biking, or just a drive away from the city. I love good wine, food, coffee and finding that wonderful restaurant of almost any variety of cuisine. I also love many sports and have played many different sports competively. Now I play USTA tennis and also enjoy a round of golf or rolling a bowling ball...and watching some football and basketball when I can.
I have been quite successful in my career and am now taking the time to stop and smell the roses, so to speak. I'm currently making a shift in my career after working the last 20+ years in one profession - I welcome the change and look forward to being challenged again.
I'm not out to play any games, only to try to meet someone who will captivate my heart and mind...but not necessarily in that order. Wonderful eyes, sexy smile, and a terrific sense of humor are but some of what I'm looking for in any combination, but I also prefer someone in good physical shape who likes to do stuff. (stuff: fun things that require varying amounts of exercise and physical effort but in the end make for great fun.)

On a first date, I would enjoy a nice setting where we could get to know each other a little better, say a hike on a pet friendly trail and we could both bring our pets. Or meet at an interestingly good restaurant and get to know one another over a good meal, and dessert...if you have a sweet-tooth like I have. ;-) I'm open to any suggestions too, as flexibility is the key to getting off to a good start in any relationship. With all that said, I hope that you are willing to take the Pepsi (or Coke) challenge and give me a try.
