I am now a single mother to a 9 yr old daughter. She comes first in my life behind my faith in God. I'm looking to get my feet wet again in that dating pool that I've been out of for the past 13 years. I am a girlie girl, but I do love going to sporting events. I will watch football on tv with my man, but any other sports don't really do it for me on tv... in person is a whole other story. I'm a crafty girl. I love to make things; currently I am into making jewelry. Family is my life. I have a large extended family and we are very close. I am currently trying to figure out just who I am. I love most movies, except horror flicks. I really can say at this point in my life I do have an appreciation of all types of music.. and I love to dance around- not well, I might add! :)

I think a first date is all about really getting to know someone. I would like to go out and do something together where we interact and talk and get to know eachother, but also have an activity to do to keep busy during the quiet times. I think movies are terrible for first dates, because you spend 2 hours not talking, and I think that's the best way to get to know eachother. Bowling, playing pool (even though I'm not good at either, I still like to try), sporting events, comedy shows are all great options for a first date. I will not sleep with you on the first date, as I am a greatful believer in Jesus Christ.
