Hi and welcome to my profile. :) To start with, I'm a pretty laid back girl who enjoys almost anything and everything life has to offer. I love spending time with my family and friends and just enjoying life. I know that sounds sssooo cliche but trust me, it's true AND I'm much more than that.

I'm an intellectual person who is looking for someone to share ideas about life with. I consider myself an unfailing and very intuitive person who is fiercely loyal to those who deserve it. My emotions drive me and I tend to be empathetic towards others because of it. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated because I believe it will come back to you, karma baby. I'm a pretty open minded person and I am accepting of most people and their lifestyles as long as it doesn't harm me or my loved ones. I'm mostly a spiritual person, but I was raised a religious Catholic, so that makes my belief system an interesting mix of both. I believe differences in people should be cherished and respected, for they are what make the world unique. But as much as I love discussing spiritual and intellectual aspects of life, I also like to relax and chill and maybe drink a beer while watching a sports game, movie, tv, etc.

When it comes to music and movies...
I will listen to all genres of music, but I mostly listen to alternative. I love anything from Sublime, to Bob Marley, to Aerosmith, to Mayday Parade. I'm a bit more open to the movies I watch but I do prefer movies that have a good storyline. I will watch comedies or horror or dramas depending on my mood. I love Office Space, Empire Records, Boondock Saints, The Notebook, or period dramas like Pride & Prejudice. I guess when it comes down to it, I'm willing to give anything a chance.

Some Favorite Things:
The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Family Guy, and the History channel
Scavenger hunts, board games, cards, puzzles, trivia, any game really
The fall season and everything that goes with it
Artistic tattoos (I stress artistic), although I don't have any, I like them because to me they are a form of self expression

Some Least Favorite Things:
Mushrooms
Close minded, inconsiderate, and/or judgmental people
Hunting, I like animals but not killing them

I graduated with a liberal arts bachelors degree, and while I coach little kids soccer, I'm currently planning on going back to get my masters. I would prefer to meet someone the natural way but I figured I'd give this a shot too. I would like to find someone who is honest, kind, considerate, someone who isn't afraid to communicate, and definately someone who has a sense of humor! Knowing when to be serious and when to be funny is a great quality to have. Ideally this someone is driven with goals they would like to achieve and has an athletic and creative side just like myself.

My ideal first date would be something creative and fun. I would say dinner and a movie is NOT a good idea because those are two things which don't give you a lot of opportunity to talk. It's good to have a solid connection with the person you're dating and talking is one of the best ways to get there! So maybe painting pottery, playing mini golf, bowling, or something we both agree on. But I suppose it's all about who you are there with, how you click, and what you make of it. :)
