I'm a 22 year old Chemistry major at UW Parkside. I'm trying to make it to grad school, but it'll probably take a few years. My ultimate goal is to get a job that allows me to move freely between Wisconsin during the summer and somewhere warmer during the winter. I've had little luck meeting datable people on the party scene and am testing the waters of the internet with both feet.

I'd like to think I'm honest, fun to hang with, friendly, loyal, and witty.

I am currently unemployed, and attempting to concentrate on school. So... I've freetime, but little resources. (In case you're trying to decipher that, I'm usually low on money, so if your zest in dating is related to fiscal prowess, look elsewhere)

My hobbies: Finding new music, going to concerts, painting/drawing, clubbing, carpentry in general (my friends and I like to build fun projects), applicable chemistry, beach hopping, weekend partying, and gardening/botany.

Skills I possess and hope you're attracted to:
-Dancing (Yeah, that's right. Hit the dance floor with me)
-Tech stuff (Computers, audio equipment, autos)
-Being a klutz. (Okay, maybe you're not attracted to that, but you should still know)
-Communication in general
-Cooking
-Painting (A little bit)
-Writing (Mainly poetry and short stories. If you want an example, I'll send a bit!)

I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but I do like The Office, Breaking Bad and Modern Family.

I listen to indie, blues, rock, alternative, bluegrass, swing/jazz, folk, classic rock, rap before 2000, hip hop before 1998, punk, punkpop, riot grllll, some emo, funk, and grunge.
I'll list the music I don't much care for to clarify a bit more: Phil Collins, Kenny G, and most types of music that follow either of their archetypes. Also, the eighties music scene; not that great. Studio rappers, metal thrashers, and most modern country bands have lost all flair to me as well.

Also, I don't smoke a lot, but I am fond of my hookah, at least in social settings. My mouth will not taste like an ash tray, if that's something that turns you off. It will taste like jasmine and pomegranate, though! (Favorite flavors)

I'm a fan of dates that allow either party to escape, should there happen to be irreconcilable differences, hardcore creepiness, or extreme awkwardness involved. (Note: I don't have a problem with some creepiness or awkwardness, but seriously, if you start talking about serial murderers, your cult membership, or how you want to bone Robert Pattinson, I'm outie)

THAT SAID.. I guess I'd hope to meet in a public park or beach and go for a walk or some hiking so we can talk. If it's winter, I'd say lets do lunch or coffee. If we click, perhaps dinner and a movie another time? Nothing too crazy at first. Note: I won't think you're slutty if you kiss me on the first date, though for fear of rejection I'll refuse to initiate such an event without you making a move. Respect, of course.

If a few dates go well, I'm sure we could mix it up a bit and escape the whole dinner and a movie routine. Lets do something exciting!
