Hi,
Where to start? I like anything creative, and love people who have a passion in their life, whatever that may be. Myself, I have lots of interests, anything outdoors, especially in or on the water, as well as rollerblading, biking, running, exploring. I'm interested in world politics, am writing a (technical) book, motorcycling, camping (the real kind in the bushes!), gardening (heirloom seeds only!), and love to build neat electronic things. I used to do lots of backpacking travel in Latin America and wouldn't mind going back for more. Now is the time to make memories, not later.
Sadly, I'm not overly ambitious but I do want to retire early to enjoy life and do everything and more. I've got my own house and a good sized garden and am pretty independent. I don't think one needs to have a gazillion dollars to be happy, and my preference is to live simply but well. I also like to think about a lot of things, and keep my mind active.
As for music, I like most kinds; it all depends on my mood. And I can't forget to mention my lovely ex-barncat companion.

A first date with you? Well we could have coffee, or go for a walk down Somerset or in the Glebe. Or how about at a rock climbing gym or a museum? I guess we're mostly "checking" the other out for compatibility at first. If things go well, then maybe a nice dinner somewhere?
