My two largest hobbies are snowboarding in winter and backpacking in summer, although I do enjoy mostly everything outdoors. I have been working as a wilderness ranger for the last two years and thoroughly enjoyed the job. In my opinion it is hard to get better than a job where you ride a horse around some of the more beautiful country in the nation and call it work.
I am certified as a secondary science teacher and I am looking forward to becoming a teacher at some point soon. I do not believe there are many jobs more fulfilling than teaching our youth, to be able to help instill values and appreciation of something new is a great feeling.
I am really big into music. I play the drums and I am getting better at guitar. There are not many kinds of music that I do not like but pop-country and Miley Cyrus types are a few that are a bit hard for me to handle.
Some of my hobbies are listed above, I am sure there are many more that I am missing. One of my favorite things to do is try new things. I am almost always up for anything (right now I can not think of things I would not be up for trying but I am sure they are out there). I just moved back to Wausau from Montana and I am looking for someone to enjoy.

I think meeting at a coffee shop or I suppose potentially a bar would be a nice place to start. Have a bit of conversation and caffeine and see what would be the next option. I almost always have ideas but plans are never definite. Over coffee we could find out that we both like playing pool, or want to see a movie, or think a walk on Rib Mountain would be nice, or really anything else that could come up.
