I dont know if these things ever even work, lol. All I hear are the horror stories, but oh well... I'm a Kansas City, Missouri native new to the south Florida area. I'm looking for someone that I can enjoy spending time and hanging out with. I'm not looking for a fling, or a friend with benefits or any of that. I'm honestly just here to meet someone and see if things can progress from there. If you happen to be smart, funny and love to laugh, I would love to hear from you. The truth is I've never had success with the online dating thing. I think that it's partially because I'm not the ripped guy with pictures of himself taken shirtless in the bathroom type. That and most of the people I get along and click with aren't really the type to use an online dating site. But who knows? Maybe I'll be surprised someday.

I'm a music enthusiast who likes to play guitar now and then. I also play a mean triangle! I love live music. I have a great job that pays well and have a very bright career ahead of me. I'm pretty easy to get along with and can be a bit of a goof sometimes, but I do have a serious side. My sense of humor can be described as dry and witty/sarcastic. I like going to a good familiar bar where everyone knows everyone else and have a few beers with friends. I'm a bit of a metal head and love all sorts of rock, but I also love the classics. I find it both amusing and ironic that the more I hear Lady Gaga, the more I like her music. I dont "hate" any kind of music, but I definately have my preferences and can appreciate just about all types.

I'd like to meet someone who knows what she wants in life, is mature and has goals and ambition but also knows how to get wild n' crazy now and then... ... and if you can quote funny lines from stupid/funny movies, thats automatic cool points.

Seeing as how I'm the new kid in town, I can't think of anything off the top of my head. But I can be pretty resourceful when I want to be, so I'm sure I could come up with something we'd both enjoy. Is a walk on the beach too cliche?
