Hello everyone. I didn't know whether to choose dating or long-term in my profile, but the idea is that I would hope dating would turn into a relationship. I'm a nice, quiet (some would say shy), usually funny guy who likes golf, running, and will attempt skiing this winter. My main interests are music and movies. I'll watch just about anything and will talk about movies endlessly if given a chance. Same goes for music. I used to be in bands, but now I just like discovering new bands and going to shows. I guess I could be described as a hipster, though I really don't put enough effort into my hair to really qualify. I've tried cooking and no fatalities so far.

I'm an elementary school teacher and 90% of the time I enjoy my job. My life's pretty stable and I'm just looking for someone interesting and funny to spend time with, go to shows, watch movies, and generally explore all the fantastic sights the durham region has to offer. I'll go the pub or out for a drink, but I'm not much of a clubber. I don't own enough silky shirts, I guess.
