I like to stay active and make that part of my daily life. I'm looking forward to building my house after searching for years for a place to settle down. Never thought I'd end up in Arkansas but I love it!

My kids are grown and on their own, so I'm moving on to the next phase of my life. I'm happy being single but hold out hope for finding my soul mate.

I work from home for a computer company, which has some advantages, but I miss being around people now that my kids are on their own. I expect that to come to an end in the next few years and look forward to something more creative and enjoyable. Not quite ready to retire :)

I've done some dating on the internet in past years and found that I really don't know someone until I meet them face to face. So our date would likely be going on a hike, chatting, and getting to know each other. Maybe we'll get some breakfast first, or grab a bite afterward. If things go well a hug will close our first time together.
