I prefer to meet guys the old fashioned way, but it seems like that isn't the norm anymore. So, here I am: a light-hearted, mid-western girl who is looking for a guy to treat me like a gentlemen should treat a lady. I am a clasically trained Chef who traded in the fast paced restaurant scene for a more stable career in corporate dining. I am very fortunate to have found a career that I love. Needless to say, I love cooking (and dining out). A typical week for me includes working 40-50 hours, hitting the gym 2-3 times per week & socializing with friends/family 2-3 nights per week. I also like a good night at home with a glass of wine and a funny tv show/movie. I enjoy watching sports, although I lack the coordination needed to participate. I love animals and own two kitties (which is plenty)! I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. Currently I'm tuned into Sirius Alternative, The Spectrum or Country.

My ideal first date: Being that we've never met in person, I would suggest meeting up for a casual drink after work. Physical chemistry is very important to me. We could converse back and forth for weeks on e-mail, but I'd rather meet in person to see if a connection is there. If the drinks go well, we could grab a bite to eat and go from there.
