Hi everyone! My name is Joey. I'm a 27 year old college graduate from Cal Poly Pomona - currently working on my Master's Degree in English. Some of my hobbies include martial arts, golf, bicycling, going to the gym, and surfing in the summer. I'm also an avid reader and writer. I'm usually reading between 2 or 3 books depending on what's out and interesting (Lost Symbol by Dan Brown right now, The Invisible Man, and a star wars novel). I love music!! I've been to a variety of concerts in my life - even seen a few BIG headliners (The Cure, The Police, Journey, EWF, Hall and Oates, and Elton John), but I usually stick to the emo pop scene, so any time the Warped Tour is in town or the Bamboozle you better bet your ass I'm gonna be there.

I'm only human and I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but I can honestly say I've loved, lived, lost, and learned from them all. I love to be around positive people who enrich my life, artists, other writers, anyone who is creative and insightful, and anyone quirky and goofy - a guy's gotta laugh, right?

Depends on the person and how I feel. Usually, on the first date, I like to get to know the person intimately, so anything that involves a delightful conversation, like going to a restaurant or maybe something fun like bowling to break the ice. It really depends.
