Carl Jung (1875 - 1961)=I am quite active and like to get out and do new things.  I am also very open and would love to meet the right lady for friendship....and maybe more. I long to meet someone to spend forever with, as equals, committed to each other and dedicated to making things work..building a future together. She doesn't have to be a knock-out, just ready to include someone in her life. She is out-going, healthy, active and smart. I grew up in Jamaica till I was eight, though I was born in Canada. We moved there when I was two and really loved the experience of living there, seeing the other side of the world. I am still very close to my family and am lucky they mostly live here in Victoria, as well. keeping fit (not obsessively), live or movie theater, non-linear editing, animation, traveling, dancing close, guitar, walks, reading. I also love to cook and would enjoy making dishes together... I love life. I work for the school board here in Victoria and have for over 20 years. I play guitar and actually do sing in a(on and off) band, mostly rock; almost all originals.  I have two kids, whom I love very much but seem to spend less time with as they get older. I have more free time on my hands, so.... I would love to meet someone who wants to get to know "us" for a while, before we rush and become too intimate.. too fast. I enjoy many activities and am open to new ones as well. I would like a lady that doesn't mind reading a good book and relaxing equally as well as getting out and exploring.
