There are so many "fish" on this site, so I'll try to be short and sweet.

I am a person who loves to laugh and makes others laugh. I am open minded, highly social, and intelligent. I appreciate what I have and can put myself in someone else's shoes and show empathy for their plight in life, as I have experienced some highs and lows myself. I enjoy having my space, but love the company of others and want to share my experiences with the right person who "gets" me.

So what do I do when I have time? I enjoy being with friends and family - who doesn't? Most men find it hard to believe that I know how to fish and do hard core camping - I am not as prissy as I look. I love independent films and could not live without music, which my tastes are eclectic - from Billie Holiday to Rob Zombie and everything in between (except Rap - I just don't get it). As far as TV, I catch as catch can, but I am a regular to Mad Men, Sons of Anarchy, Rescue Me and Desperate Houswives - I am a woman after all. I am a great cook and love to entertain. I am an artistic person and enjoy going to museums. Last but not least, I am looking for someone who is willing to through caution to the wind and take a road trip to nowhere - still looking for the world's largest frying pan. Want to help me find it?

The right person for me is someone with an open mind, able to easily make conversation, enjoys trying new things and can accept my flaws along with the good things I can provide. You don't have to be a supermodel, but do take pride in your appearance. Someone with a lust for life and a great smile are a necessity for me.

Depends on the person and the weather. I like outdoor activities, especially during the summer and fall. Dinner is nice, but overrated. Movies are bad for a first date since you can't talk. And drinking, hmm, that could be a little too interesting for a first date. Short and sweet is always good, since it gives both people an out in case it's not working. And if it is working, it makes both people interested in making more plans quickly!
