Is this where you're supposed to be honest and open? Well, I think you have to go after what you want in life, what makes you happy and you can't fall back on excuses. I'm a writer, so that's what I do everyday, write. I'm creative and naturally lean towards creative people, in all mediums, film, music, art, puppeteering, papermache, the lot! I love live music, attending events, discussing projects, spending time outdoors, traveling, exploring, learning, figuring it all out. I'm highly motivated and inspired and I'm happy. I love pissing around and being sarcastic and I'm super easy going; there's a solution to all the little problems that come along, it's mostly trivial, so no need to sweat it. I tend to believe that if you really want something in life, if you work hard, you can achieve it. I'm sure this is all coming off as super cheesy, but what the hell, I'm in a good place...

It's a crucial time, first date, make no mistake, one on one, one shot, hit or miss, first impressions, all that, so... we would probably start with some scuba diving (in shallow water, see how she looks in a wet suit, swim suit would be a bit much on a first date), drive a tractor on a farm, visit all the islands in the Caribbean, settle into some small engine repairs, (lawnmower or leaf blower or go-cart, I'm totally open), tap dance into Starbucks, order our drinks, do a little show, (five minutes max, four or five minutes), tap the hell out of there, get into some highway construction, (if she has any heavy equipment in the backyard, backhoe or steamroller), compare cartwheels, (one and two handed), teach some piano at a seniors' home, and/or trumpet, (depending what she knows, obviously she must know one or the other), sell a couple of items online, (probably snippets of our hair, or just heirlooms), hunt our own big game, BBQ it over an open pit using locally grown trees, (which we'll chop down to make firewood), finally ease into some light conversation, probably bio-mechanics or astrophysics, just something to break the ice, then let our hearts really open up and talk about horses. I'd take her home on my bicycle, (I built a little shelf on the handlebars), and then just head home myself, going over the whole night in my head, step by step, remembering every word we said, word for word, re-enacting it, if you will... that, or just go for a walk, laugh and try to be ourselves, it's a toss up, I'd probably ask the girl which option she prefers...
