what should i say about myself? i grew up here in the northwest, and there's no where else i'd ever want to live - except maybe germany :). we have all 4 seasons true, and except for this last year, they generally aren't very extreme. in the portland area within 2 hours in all directions we have mountains, valley, gorge, and beach. what's not to love?

i'm a pretty straight forward type of person. i say what i mean, and i mean what i say. I like to keep active playing sports, doing whatever with friends, and planning trips. my roommate and i recently went on our first cruise to mexico and had the best time ever :). i'm also good at relaxing though, i won't lie. it's important to cultivate balance in your life, right? i have a strong personality, and i need a man who can hold his own, otherwise what's the point?

i don't know... it depends on timing and people, but just going for a walk along waterfront park sounds good to me.

call me old fashioned, but on a first date i like the man to take the lead. i'm comfortable doing pretty much anything, and this is a good chance for him to pick something he's comfortable with, and show me what he's like... on his terms
