Hi!
I'm a well educated vegetarian of 19 years who is happy, healthy and easy going. I have laugh lines - and hopefully I'll give some to you! :-) I not only see the glass as half full, but as being in balance, equally ready to give and receive. I suppose you could call me a "green geek", as I love nature and being connected to the world, while I'm also a technology fan and see it as an art form, a tool, and a fascinating expression of creativity. I'm yin and yang. And I know the difference between what I do and who I am.

I've been told I'm a kind and thoughtful person, filled with passion and an ability to make people laugh, a great listener and fun to be with, while always striving to be a great friend and teacher. I've also been described as creative, honest, loyal, charming, active, romantic, curious, grounded and compassionate. Also, animals really like me.

I'm looking for someone who is happy, healthy, and loves to laugh, a best friend and partner with similar interests to mine. Brains turn me on, (but not in a zombie kind of way. '-) Honesty and loyalty are also very important to me.

It's not possible to really know someone by reading just a few words, but I hope these have given you some signposts that point toward who I am. This is just an introduction, right? A first date should be about getting to know one another. I believe that it's not where you're at, but who you're with. So something simple with lots of time for talking would be ideal. There should be plenty of laughter and smiles, so be sure to stretch ahead of time... '-)

I've learned to listen to my heart, for "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye." So our first date should give us a chance to really engage and let our hearts talk, too. Hopefully our desire to learn more about each other will lead us to another date and the beginning of adventures.

Well there ya go. The women who read these things are people too, right? So they had to write one too and they know how hard it is to sum up a life in a few clever, overused, "well crafted" words. Everyone knows how tough it is to be just the right amount of witty and cool, funny without being thought of as not serious enough, and deep without being thought of as too serious. How do you balance a laundry list of paradoxes and still sound real?!? They know that it's just a start. Dig?
