I enjoy a wide variety of activities and situations -- dancing for 3-4 hours(not necessarily EVERY dance), walking in a park, an evening in front of the tv, a visit to a museum, variety of movies, an occasional concert. Not a total couch potato, not an exercise freak either. In general the bigger the crowd the less interested I am in being there. Smoking is a turn-off; I used to tolerate it, but now I don't want to breathe it, don't want to smell it, don't want to see it if I don't have to. Zero interest in alcoholic beverages; been there, done that, if you can't have fun without it, stay away from me.
Good English is important; while I chat online and read typonese, you should know the difference between affect and effect, and it helps if you actually know how to diagram a sentence. Religion is an important part of my life; you are not required to be the same as me, but if you a) don't believe in a supreme being and don't think anyone else should or b) think everyone that isn't a member of the same religious group as yourself is going to hell and it's your duty to save them or kill them trying -- then we will probably not get along well. Sense of humor is important; I am probably kin to the jester who, when told that he would hang if he made another pun, replied "No noose is good noose."
