I love the beach, even if time and money permit taking a cruise. I enjoy working out and both playing and watchings sports. Believe it or not ladies I even enjoy cooking or BBQ on this grill sometimes. My goal is to open up my own company (again) this time without a partner in the appraisal business. What makes me unique in my opinion is the fact that I'm the first guy in the family in two generations so I understand the ladies better than most guys. The music that I like is very mixed, U2, pop, some of the old school rock bands.

The fist date is usually at a place of the ladies choice, in order for her to be most comfortable. It most often consist of dinner, drinks, and converstion. Once that is complete, then the two of us make a decision on the rest of the evening.
