Hi there, thanks for looking at my profile. A few things you might like to know about me is that I love to laugh and don't take life too seriously. Things happen in life and its how we come through them that matters most, and above all, everything happpens for a reason. I have been a single mother now for a little over a year and when I have time to myself I enjoy playing pool or darts with friends, dancing and hanging out. I love taking long drives without a destination in mind, however I like to plan things- figure that one out! My favorite times of year are Fall and Spring, the weather, the smells, the colors... some of the best things about living in northern Michigan. I listen to all kinds of music, however I am not a big Country music fan... as far as movies go, I love a great comedy, drama, or horror movie. I actually enjoy watching sports on TV and would love to attend a live game someday. I even have favortite teams, lol I am a very passionate UofM fan!! In the next couple of years I would love to finish my Bachelors degree in business and see where it leads me, hopefully the economy will be in better shape by then, we can only hope.

In a man: I would like a man who is stable and grounded... not into playing games of the mind, heart, and soul. I love a man with a great sense of humor and that is a sure-fire way into my heart! I love a man with contrast i.e. works construction but loves wine and romance-- or works behind a desk and trains for MMA/UFC stuff like that... whats YOUR contrast?? I love a man who smells good!!! I love going out to eat but love to cook for those special people in my life. A man who knows what the simple things in life are and appreciates them and lives by them. I attracted to men with dark hair and light eyes (green and blue) but can also get lost in dark eyes. I also LOVE and old fashioned kind of guy, as I am an ond fashioned kind of girl not in all areas of life but when it comes to dating I believe something just cant be rushed. By this I mean... I love when a man opens doors for me and pulls out chairs, once we know eachother well, I love when a man atleast orders my drink if not my meal. I personally feel that the best first dates are those that are not rushed. After all this is when we get to know about eachother and first impressions are very important so if the date is rushed it could be a prelude to things to come. I would say starting with dinner in a place that does not rush their customers through their meal so they can use the table again would be best. Followed by something fun and competitive (pool or darts) and maybe a drink to unwind a little so the conversation can just flow. End the date with something relaxing maybe a movie, or coffee and more conversation.
