Hi, my name is Caroline..
So, lets start with the basics... I graduated from college with my degree in childhood education, and am currently pursuing my masters in Literacy. I am a teacher at a pre-school, and work with 3 year old children. (Yes, my days are a little hectic ; ). However, I absolutely love children. Going to work isn't something that I dread, but rather look forward to. That is the joy of working with children- at some point in the day, they are bound to make you laugh.
Between grad school, and work my days have been hectic, but in the midst of it all I enjoy going out. Whether it is enjoying a nice dinner, getting a drink at bar and catching up, or hitting the dance floor- I am all for it. I also enjoy the movies occasionally, and anything different. There are a lot of places in New York City that I would love to go to. As for types of music, I am all across the board. I enjoy basically anything that I can move my hips to, although I do have a special passion for The Fray ; )
I am very blessed to have an amazing family, and I have friends that would do anything for me, as I would for them. I am very grateful for these two aspects of my life. I love sports! I love to watch and go to baseball and basketball games,(specifically ncaa games) I grew up playing basketball, and miss playing! Unfortunately there is no time in my schedule to go shoot around for fun, however I try to still keep in shape by going to the gym and keeping active.
My reason for being on the site is simply because my life has been hectic, and between the daily grind of work/school it is hard to meet people through the bar scene on the weekends. I have found that there are few good people around. Hence, why I am here...
