Hi, my name is Elizabeth. I'm new to this whole on-line dating thing, but I'm hopeful that I will meet someone really great! =) (crossed fingers)

I just started grad school at the University at Buffalo (aka UB) in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs --I know that is a mouthful! Basically, I aspire to work with college students to improve their college experience.

Apart from evening classes, and teaching a first-year class, I love spending time with my family and friends. If you knew me well, you would know that I enjoy going to the Adirondacks (or other mountainous areas) with my family, taking long walks, watching the sunset, canoeing/kayaking, or just being outside. I love to ski, however, I generally stick to green circles and blue squares (i.e. the easy hills!) =P I'm not too much of a daredevil, but I do enjoy trying new things.

I just moved back home after four years in Massachusetts, and am enjoying being back in the WNY area--despite the early hail!

I know I said a lot about being in the outdoors, but I also like staying in and going out on the town. I love restaurant-hopping and enjoy trying different types of food. Of course, NOTHING beats a cozy night in with a fire in the fireplace.

Friends would describe me as sweet, fun, funny, caring, and sincere. I'm looking to meet someone who can be himself and appreciate me for who I am. I'm an easy-going, low-key person. I'm definitely a romantic. I'm ready to begin a solid relationship.

Going out to dinner at nice restaurant (not necessarily expensive, just nice). I'd also enjoy taking a long walk and enjoying good conversation. What can I say, I'm a traditionalist--but I'm also up to new ideas, if you have any. :)
