It's been an interesting month with Halloween, the elections, and the Yankees in the World Series. A lot of excitement in the air. Plus, it's nice and cool outside. This part of the year is when NY really comes alive. From now until New Year's is pretty awesome. Then, it becomes a frozen tundra with blackish, yellowish snow of mysterious origins.

I, however, am not of mysterious origins. I'm a NYC native, grew up in Queens. I'm Jewish of Eastern European descent. I also have DNA and a social security number. ;)

The last year or so was sort of hard on me with the recession and all, but I'm taking some continuing ed courses to try to break into a new field. I used to work in publishing, but that industry is shrinking faster than George Costanza in cold water.

I think the thing about me is that I'm not afraid to be silly, I'm not afraid to give an honest opinion, and I'm not afraid to be myself. My personality is probably not going to shine through that well on here since I tend to bounce off other people's personalities and everything going on around me. People have called me a lot of things, but 'boring' isn't one of them. lol

If you want to message me, please write more than two words or a sentence. It's really hard to respond to those because I can't get a feel for your personality just from "hello."

Probably go to a great pizza place. I love pizza. Then, get some ice cream. So even if we don't enjoy each other we'll at least enjoy our food. :)
