About Me
For starters, there is something you should know about me. I like to drink coffee in the shower. It combines the two best ways of waking up. I keep the coffee maker next to the shower so I can stumble into the bathroom and enjoy my cup of coffee under a stream of hot water. Ahhhh...the best. The trick is to keep the coffee dark. That way, if water gets into your cup your coffee doesn't get watered down too much. I even use sugar and creamer flavored soap in case I get to carried away washing my hair. Perhaps after we known each other for awhile, I can show you how great it is, but you will have to wait awhile. I can be shy in my birthday suit. So don't come over to my place being, "hey, can I get a cup of coffee." Nice try missy. I wasn't born yesterday.
As for myself and what I'm up to, I just finished my masters degree at Columbia in architecture. Another badge of compliance for corporate employers in exchange for learning to accept bureaucratic domination and enslaving debt, I say with a smile. For now I come up with out there ideas and make drawings of those ideas. My job is to be a dreamer. Sweeaat!
I also just returned from a six week long rock climbing trip in Africa. Architecture and climbing are my two great passions. Both have allowed me to excel in the other, sort of a Bruce Lee mind body duality. Hai yaah!! :)
I believe that pessimism and hopelessness are useless. If you assume things are hopeless, then by not acting, you are guaranteeing that things will be hopeless. If you act on the assumption that things can change, well maybe they will. So the only rational choice, given those alternatives, is to forget pessimism. Kierkegaard was right.
If you feel we are compatible and you would like to have some fun/engaging conversation to get to know each other, send me a message or a "hello" so I know you're out there. Act now supplies are limited to one and going fast.
