Good evening and hello. I thought I'd give this site another shot, considering I've met some lovely people and have exactly 12 extra minutes in my work day to putz around on the Internet.

Some about me: I'm originally from Michigan but have lived here a little more than a year. I am left-handed. Since I'm fairly sure this site makes you pick like one of five different intentions, I would speculate that I'm looking for someone to date, as in on-the-regular. "Hang out" seems kind of noncommittal, and I'm certainly not cool enough to pull that off anyhow.

It's cliche to say so, but my tastes in culture and music and hobbies and so on really do run the gamut -- probably to the point that some of them are obscure and esoteric. I'm much more of a "drink beer and get into a heated argument over American history or Guns N Roses" person than a nightclub (Nightclub? Who calls it a nightclub? When you make plans from a rotary phone?) person. I'm Chuck Taylors and black t-shirts, and definitely not sponsored by any Axe toiletry products.

But in brief, I'm mostly interested in meeting some groovy young lady that likes to go to the museum and see weird movies at the Avon, but also might not be averse to sneaking my flask in inside of her purse. I think being funny and sarcastic is tremendously important, and if you're a smart ass/dork or into Star Wars, well...I'm already smitten.

It's mostly an interview, after all, so the date point-of-origin is kind of moot to me so long as you're having fun/comfortable enough to get drunk. I know that's not terribly romantic, but it takes at least 12 hours with a person before I'm convinced they won't try to steal my Social Security number.
