I am 6' 1" man of solid Midwestern roots. Born in Cincinnati but have lived my 'western dream' for the last 29 years. I am an avid guitar player who is a student of all kinds of western (as opposed to "Eastern" and "Asian") music. I don't take life and my position in it too seriously. I have values and goals that don't interfere with my penchant for fun and good company. I actually have a sense of humor and am not afraid to use it! I am loyal and loving to those who want to be around me and am a good judge of those who might want something else. Buyer beware! I don't need an over abundance of attention and am happy with who I am. But I want and need a partner to share in my sense of the world. I don't need "fixing." My parts all work just fine - and that includes my brain. I am a Libra for better or worse. That will automatically create balance in a relationship. I simply cannot have it any other way. As you may have surmised, I tend to say what I think…again, for better or worse but as cliché as it may sound, what you see, well, you know the rest.

Take in a local blues band, have some BBQ and then go somewhere where I could listen and talk about what brought us to this juncture in life. Movies are out on at least the first date because there is so little interaction. Let's save that for a cold night beside the fireplace. I want to look into your eyes and study your face for all of the subtle expressions that cannot hide who you (and I) really are.
