1. Goals: I would like to meet someone who is self-confident, positive, and interested in me! We all want to love and be loved in return. But until that happens, I would enjoy making a new friend and sharing some good times.
2. Unique: I am an engineer - which seems to mean that I more logical/analytical than most. I am very practical and down to earth, but like to smile and make others smile. And I am still a romantic! I like to try new things and keep active. I also am shy in large groups. I am curious and can spend hours researching online. I am positive, likeable, and easy to get along with. I can cook and knit, but I also have a black belt in karate. I am also really good at juggling schedules, but hopefully won't need that skill too much longer - my daughter is in college and my son is in high school. They are both great kids that don't really want to spend much time with me anymore!
3. Hobbies: horseback riding, jewelry making, knitting, house painting (it must be a hobby if I spend this much time on it). I also like to eat out, take long vacations, and attend local events.
4: Music: I like to sing along, and can still play the violin semi-competently. I like classical, jazz, folk songs, 60's-today, musicals, alternative. Not big into rap/country/heavy metal (with a few exceptions). I like music!

Same as everone else says! Instead I'll use this space to comment: the divorce is settled and just awaiting a court date. And please don't contact me if YOU are married! I am always surprised to find some people lie here. I won't.
