I've been in the Chicago area (I moved here after I graduated from college) for a few months now and although I have some great friends, I haven't found anyone that I click with on the dating front. I am a very outgoing person and can make a good time out of any situation. It takes a lot to upset me and very little to make me happy. I am not working in my dream job now; I want to save the world one day. I love kids though, and my job revolves around 'my' three little ones, the kids I nanny for.

I love to dance wherever to any kind of music, and I probably look like a fool doing it, but I am confident in myself so I don't care ;). I love to talk and can hold a conversation with just about anyone. I am overall a pretty silly person and get through most of my days with laughter. I like pretty standard things like enjoying the nice weather along the lake and reading a great book. I also LOVE to travel and even lived abroad in Europe for a while. Next on the list is Eastern Europe and I hope to get to Australia and India in the near future too!

I'm not looking to get married tomorrow, but I'd really like to get to know someone and maybe it will turn into that eventually.

I've tried online dating before, but alas to no avail, so maybe I'll have some more luck now!

Well, if winter wasn't coming, I'd love to go to my favorite spot in town right along the lake. There's a beautiful view of the skyline and the waves crashing against the rocks are pretty flippin' awesome.
