As you have likely guessed by now, I am a marathon runner and very active person. Other than running, I enjoy biking, hiking, skiing (both xc & downhill), skating,canoeing, kayaking, sailing - essentially anything that keeps me outside year round.
I have a great job that I really enjoy. It probably keeps me a little too busy but I really believe in the importance of what I do...
