I am an educated 27 year old, who is divorced and has children. I thoroughly enjoy running, being outside, and getting away.

I work full-time in a professional capacity and am looking for someone who is able to balance fun and seriousness. I do have to say that I absolutely LOVE my job and my specialty is working with folks who have severe pervasive mental illness- if this freaks you out- move on.... I live a very healthy lifestyle and plan to do so indefinitely.

If having fun equates to more--- this is what I would like.... I am looking for a guy to complement all those qualities that I like about myself and complement/balance those things that may not be ideal.

Let me preface this by saying that I am looking for that person that I miss when he is away and only think about when I am with him. Not in a clingy-creepy way- But someone who literally is those pieces to my puzzle (in a cheesy kind of way). I enjoy independence- though I also want to feel supported. I want to find someone that can keep up with me both intellectually and physically.

I find that I really have no tolerance for discrimination or jokes made in bad taste. I love people- in a really hokey- kinda way. I have a cheesy sense of humor and also enjoy sarcasm. I like to get away- to find new adventure in things that may have always been there. I am a sucker for an old fashioned "carpet picnic" (a picnic in the living room- on the floor with take-out and a good movie). I love to be spontaneous.

I love a frosty glass of beer from time to time- though I NEVER want to dance the dance of alcoholism. I also like to pick a random (maybe even cheap) bottle of wine from the grocery store to just try it with a home-prepared meal...

I really don't watch much television (I don't even own a TV) but I like to see movies- One of my favorite (non-strenuous) past-times is to curl up with a warm blanket on a cool morning and do the puzzle page with a hot cup of coffee...
