Ok, here goes... I'm on this site looking for an exclusive relationship. Not to meet a ton of people and casually date, not for more friends, and certainly not to hookup. I don't really like the whole dating scene... I'd much prefer to spend my time with one guy that I get along great with and am totally attracted to... That should be easy enough right? yeah, not so much.... =)

I am a very positive person and love to laugh. I try to surround myself with positive, outgoing people... life is just too short for negativity and drama. I'm also a problem-solver and a giver. If I have a friend in need, I'll do whatever I can to help. Yet I have little patience for people that continue to make the same bad choices over and over...

I'm an aesthetic... I love beauty in all its forms. I love museums, libraries, great architechture, theater and literature. I'm also a singer and love all kinds of music. I sing with an a cappella women's chorus and in a quartet. Pics attached! I love checking out live bands, dancing and karaoke. I love to hang out by the pool or on the lake. I love to read a good book or spend all day watching movies. I love hanging with my friends and family. I love entertaining, game nights and grilling out. I love watching my nieces and nephew go crazy over Spongebob and iCarly. I love camping (smores are a must!). I love roadtrips. I love to travel, meet new people and experience new cultures.

In the past I would let my partner's wants overshadow my own, so I'm learning to set limits and retain a sense of my own needs. I am a work in progress - constantly evolving...and I relish that journey! I've learned so much about myself in the past couple of years. And it seems I learn more with every passing date! What I like, what I don't, what I can improve on, what I'm good at...what I can live with and what I choose not to.

I don't really have a "type"... Looks may spark interest, but poor conversation and a lack of personality can kill it quick!

Here are the basics:
I'm looking for someone that's a non-smoker/drug & disease free, has his life together (job, car, place to live, pays his bills, no drama) that's single and looking for an exclusive relationship. Someone who's honest, fun, loyal and passionate. Someone with a big heart, great sense of humor and positive attitude. Someone with a grounded sense of self, but open-minded and tolerant of other people's opinions and beliefs. Someone that knows what he wants in life and has a pretty good idea how to get it. I truly admire people with goals and dreams and the determination to achieve them.

OK, so the list goes on and on...but I don't ask for anything I'm not able to give in return. Basically I'm just looking for someone that I can connect with on all levels (physically, intellectually & emotionally). Someone who appreciates a good woman, is very attentive and able to show affection. I want to have the kind of relationship that is totally open and honest...no games...no judgements or fear of rejection...

I think they need to qualify this question... nowadays people go on a "first meeting" which can be anything from coffee, lunch or happy hour...usually something quick & casual to make sure there's enough of a spark to actually go on a first date!

A real first date would hopefully be something more intimate where you can really talk & get to know each other... maybe dinner, drinks and a shared interest or activity... actually anywhere there's cold beer, good music and interesting conversation then I'm all set!
