My name is Shawnell and I'm in college studying to be a social studies teacher. I'm not really hard to get along with unless you do something to intentionally make me angry. I'm pretty laid back most of the time. Right now, my hobby is work. I live at home and I really don't need a job right now, but I know that in the long run, it will give me work ethic and help me more than me just sitting at home.
I guess you could say that I am goal oriented. I've always wanted the best that I can possibly get out of life. I believe in working hard and striving to achieve what you want. Things aren't just handed to you in life, you have to work for it.

Just because I work hard DOESN'T mean I'm boring. lol. I love being crazy with my friends. I love dancing anywhere and everywhere :) I can't dance worth a lick, but I sure as heck have fun with it! My favorite thing to do is drive around with music blasting, and singing as loud as I can, and I'd love to find someone who would do that with me :)

I really don't know what makes me unique. lol. Maybe it's because I'm not like most girls my age. I've always been more mature than everyone else my age, and I don't think that will ever change.

Music wise, I like everything, especially rock and country :). occasionally, I'll be caught listening to other music, but I really have to be in the mood for it.

First dates are scary. lol. I really think that they should be somewhere simple like dinner and a movie. Something that doesn't cost too much money, it's a relaxed atmosphere, not too intimate, and it's easy to talk and get to know eachother. Miniature golf, bowling, or other fun games are great too :) It's competitive, but it lets everyone be themselves.
