I am a very active and busy person! 24 hours a day is just not enough time for me. I love learning and exploring new things. I believe there are so many things, possibilities, combinations, encounters,& experiences that life has to offer! It's just too bad life is short!
After going through a divorce, which of course, is not fun for anyone, I had to make some serious life changes. Financially, I had to learn to live a more simpler life. So, if you are looking for someone with "The Finer Things in Life", move on to the next profile. Timewise I had to learn how to spend every minute wisely, especially when it comes to visitation with my chilren. It's amazing what you take for granted, being able to see my kids every nite, to seeing them every other weekend. I've also learn not to be selfish, not thinking of myself. My kids were young when we divorced, so I have been putting my interests/hobbies, plans/goals & relationships aside, & concentrating on Quality time with my kids. They grow up so fast, & you can't go back once times & opportunities have passed. Going through a divorce is never pleasant & sometimes painful especially for children, I wanted to make it as painless as possible for them, so I wanted to make sure to be there, to comfort them. Although Divorce is something, I would never wish on anyone, I can say that I have grown & learned things from it. Now, my kids are getting to the age, where they want to do there own thing... so, Dad should have a little more time. So, let's have some fun!

I think that depends on who you are going out on a first date with. If you just met some one, and haven't corresponded with for a while, a short meeting over coffee would be fine. Everyone hates that awkward silence, when you don't know what to talk about. Also, if you don't feel any chemistry iniatially, you don't need to prolong the uncomfortable feeling on a long drawn out date. On the other hand if you have been talking with some one for a while, perhaps a sporting event, pool, bowling, movie, concert, or an amusement park. That way you both have something to focus on incase that awkward momemnt of silence starts to creep in. If you have been talking with someone a while, and you feel a little chemistry there, then a more intimate date, like at a nice restaunt, where you could talk and focus on each other.
