I love to stay busy, if I am not working in my yard I am either sewing, painting (walls that is), playing on Facebook, I love to spend time with friends, afternoon drives to the mountains, camping in the summer. I still love to play softball and usually play on a few leagues (although I said I would retire from it when I turned 50, lol) I enjoy exploring small towns I have never been to or just around town where I have never been. I have a 13 year old son that doesn't "hang out" with mom anymore, (has a ps3, that's all he needs, ya right!) Also have 2 daughters that have moved away from home. I have worked as a bookkeeper at the same place since 1985, I love where I work hence the longevity. I love to be silly and have alot of fun, hope you do also. I wear jeans and t-shirts but like to have the opportunity to dress up sometimes. I take care of my yard, my house and can change a flapper in a toilet, I clean out my own gutters and can change a tire, but boy it would be nice to have a guy around that could take care of a few things but would never be "expected" to. I am not a "frilly" girl but likes to be spoiled every now and then and I do return the favor!
I do not have any drama in my life, and take life as it comes, good or bad. I want to meet someone who will accept me as I am as I would you (get serious, at our age, we are pretty set in our ways!)

The ideal first date would be going somewhere to talk, laugh and have fun. Cheap dinner would be great, not a "fancy" restaurant type of gal with a comedy club after, nothing like a few laughs to break the ice and have the comedian make fun of you if you reveal it's your first date!!
