| | My friends would describe me as a calm, loving, patient person, intelligent, with a good sense of humor. I'm a very independent person, I like to have my space, but I also want someone I can share my life, and experiences with. I like to get outside whenever I can, I'm a target archer (I'm not a hunter) I like to ride my bike, I've been looking at motorcycles for the past year, but haven't made the leap yet. I love animals, I'm currently looking for a dog(my 12 year old pup passed away a couple of months ago) I like to cook, and bake. I have a pot of Chili on as I'm writing this. I work at a job I love, and recently started thinking about going back to school. I'm not rich, and that doesn't concern me. My priorities are straight. I love to laugh, have a good time, be spontaeous, but I also try to take care of the people in my life. I'm no saint, I make mistakes. I think that's part of what I like about archery. I can shoot one arrow straight into the bulls eye, and try as I might, the next one might be completely off the mark. I like a lot of different kinds of music, from rock, to the blues, to classical, and my music collection shows it, you'll find Sinatra, Clapton, Patsy Cline, Chopin, Ravel, the Stray Cats, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Rod Stewart, The Eagles, and the list goes on. I think you'll find me to be a pretty open minded person. |

For a first date, I like to start out with a meal, so that we can talk, then I like to go somewhere that we can walk, change the scenery a little bit, keep talking and get to know each other. I don't like to go to a movie or a concert on a first date, because it's hard to communicate in a situation like that. After a meal and some time to talk, we'll know if we want to continue with the date, and then we might hit a comedy club, or a place where we can hear some music, or just put the top down and go for a drive(weather permitting) The key for me on a first date is in having a chance to communicate. I might have a few different things in mind to offer as things to do after we've had a chance to get to know each other a little bit, but I think that's something that we can decide together. |
