In the last years I backpacked around the world, worked in different fields and learned about many different cultures. Some people say I lived the life, I think I still do. Being constantly on the move is tiring and I'm tired of living out of my backpack. So I decided to put down roots for a longer time.

I like being active and the outdoors. Love multi-day hikes and everything that gets me away from the city madness. Also don't mind the gym on rainy days. During the winter I hope to be on the slopes with my snowboard as often as possible. Of course I do listen to music and have a preference for the good old rock, with guitar sounds and real voices.

I'm unmaterialistic and don't give materialistic things a big value, also super low maintenance and have no desire for drama or games. Have a strong independence which is something quite important to me.

My profession fills me out and I'm quite happy with the way my career is going. Though I try to keep my job at the office and out of my private life as much as possible.

To name some buzz words that would describe myself a bit more I would say: calm, reliable, open minded, easy going, down to earth and direct. Last but definitely not least I like having fun and a laugh or two, who doesn't?

How about a pick-nick at the beach, a stroll through Stanley Park or a visit at the Vancouver Art Gallery. I like to have first dates at public places where either of us can simple leave if it's not working out.
