I am a one of those people that live hard, play hard, and love deeply like there is no tomorrow and work hard. This has given me a lot of great life experience and has also given me harsh life experiences. A fulfilling day for me would be to work so hard that my body hurts every where and then a relaxing evening with that special goddess or hiking to the top of a summit and having an intimate evening by the camp fire. I am Honest, very dependable, goofy (sometimes too much), and very romantic. My family and friends are very large part of my life and I love them all dearly. Without them we would not be who we are today.

I believe in the small things in a relationship such as saying I love you for no reason but to just let the other know how you feel. Giving back rubs and foot rubs just because, not just because you are expected to. Holding each other by a camp fire deep in the outdoors and or by a heater on the floor drinking wine with Sade getting us in the mood :). Getting excited when the other comes home from anything. hanging by the beach admiring the one you are with. Whispering sweet nothings to each other to the point of glee and elation. Yes it is true I am a big old mountain man that is a hopeless romantic.

I believe that there is True love out there and that people still believe in giving the other person in the relationship reason every day to love you. I love to travel and I love to learn new things. I love to teach others new things. It warms my heart to see others keep an open mind and not close others. Everyone deserves to be loved unconditionally and has the right to return the love freely.

Friends would describe me as part Bear Grills, part Lumberjack, part Socrates, part Van Wilder, and a dash of a hopeless romantic. Hope that helps to paint a good enough picture. :) I teach outdoor survival on my spare time. The getting up at 3am to set up decoys in the cold crisp fall air and watching the sun rise is one of the most beautiful things one can do. Crystal clear rivers with little fishes and grassy meadows full of deer are heaven to me.

I am looking for the one that knows what it takes to be equal without being controlling. I like those intimate surprises and I like to give them too. Someone that can express her self honestly. A lady. Someone that would hold me when I'm feeling blue. Someone that will allow me to hold her when she is feeling blue. Someone that gives more than a "fine" answer when I ask how was your day, because I truly am interested in your day. Someone that can except me and my sons. Someone that is confident about herself and inner self. A woman that knows how to be a woman but also knows when to be a kid again. A woman that knows what the little things are and can give them with an open heart and receive them gracefully as well. Gees I don't want much do I lol.

Give me time to warm up to you. I am looking for someone to talk to and to share experiences with. I am new to the bay area and I want to see it all. Becoming friends and or more, time will only know.

I would like to go picnicking or something outdoors. A hike, walk on the beach, sight seeing in the bay, anything of that nature. I feel that when you are outdoors like this you tend to communicate more and over come that first time apprehension we are all familiar with.
