My favorite hobby is quilting. It's like putting a puzzle together and, for me, is very relaxing. I also enjoy reading. You will never find me anywhere without a book. I don't have any one favorite author but I do favor mystery, murder and mystery romance novels. I listen to music from the late 50s to current, soft rock, jazz and even some rap. I'm planning on retiring within the next five years, but I'm not planning on spending my retirement alone.

I would like a first date to be casual. A movie or just getting together for a Starbucks. It is the first step in determining if there might be a chance to further a relationship.
