hey there, i'm jes. :)

so if you (yes... you) are reading this at the moment, then it looks like i've succeeded in catching your interest! well, what is there to say really..? i'm 21 years old (turning 22 this coming december), i've lived in florida my wholeee life, and i've also never had an account for a dating website, so this is all new to me. i work in a restaurant down on the beach. i'm actually going to be attending an academy that specializes in massage therapy in the very near future, so i'm very excited about that! the schooling only takes 6 months, so after that, i'm hoping i'll acquire a job as a masseuse and then work for a while... go back to school and major in marine biology, and get my bachelors of science degree. i like to think that i'm a pretty independent person. i love being around my family and friends (they're amaaaazzing). i also enjoy going out every now and then to bars or clubs - i don't mind staying in at all though. and even though i work on the beach, i'm not actually at, "at" the beach, so whenever i can, i try to make it out there to get some sun or take in a "semi"-starry scenery in the nighttime. i take it one day at a time. and i believe that it doesn't hurt to have a positive outlook on life. i have pretty great taste in music - ask me, and we'll compare. :) so if i'm on this website, it probably means that i haven't found the right one for me yet. i'm not exactly looking for anything serious yet... maybe just get to know someone, talk and hang out, and then see what develops next. when it comes down to it though, i'm looking for someone whom i can connect with on an intellectual level. someone real.
