I love to do many different things, but I have not been able to do much of what I like in the past few years. I decided it is time to start enjoying life and doing some fun activities.

I love being in Florida and I want to see more of it. I would like to find someone who knows interesting things to do, wants to do some new things and/or is not afraid to get a little dirty sometimes.

I am mostly looking to just make friends at first and go out and do some things.

I work in Tampa but live in Spring Hill. Distance is not a problem if there is something good to do or someone good to spend time with.

If you need to hear music, I am your guy. I have all varieties. (Unless you count country as music) Yes, that was a joke. But no, country is not on the top of my list. I love dance music, classic rock, OLD hip hop, classical, reggae and more. Some of my favorites are: Radiohead, Ted Nugent, Metallica, Bjork, Ludwig Van B. and Gustav Holst, Louie DeVito, James Brown, Sinatra, David Bowie, The Police, Days of the New, Sublime, Cake and so many more.

Movies...I have a large collection (This tends to happen when you work odd hours and get bored) OLD KUNG FU MOVIES Nothing beats them on a Rainy Saturday afternoon followed up by an old Godzilla or Ultraman. I love international movies. Asian Horror being 2nd to the kung fu. I love trippy movies, action, horror and war movies. Some favorites are: Old Boy (Korean), The Rebel (Vietnamese), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, Lord of the Rings, Matrix, Fight Club, Devils Rejects, Dumb and Dumber, Kung Pow (Kung Pow 2 is in production!)

TV. I love the History Channel, Animal Planet, Mixed Martial Arts, Family Guy, Robot Chicken.

There are so many things to do outdoors that I am eager to get started.

I am not out to impress anyone except myself. It all depends on the person I am meeting. If they are quiet, then obviously karaoke is not a good first date. If they are into health and exercise, a picnic in the park with fried chicken and french fries would not be appropriate.
There is no "one size fits all" first date.

After we talk a little, then I will tell you what I would do on a first date.
