I am originally from South Africa. Been living in Shropshire England for the past 17 years. I have two grown up daughters who have left home but still in the same town as me.
I was married 29years - been on my own for the last four years.

I am a happy, loving, warm, faithful, honest person and I would like the same from someone.

I am waiting for knee replacement operations, which should be in the first 6 months of 2010. So at the moment I am not very active. UPDATE 13/12/09 I have just received my hospital admission date, i go in on 21/12/09 and out Christmas Eve all being well.

I love going for meals at quiet country pubs, going to the seaside, going for a drive but am also a very homely person.
Please dont let the operations put you off, because I have met several people who have had them and they are very active.

PLEASE NOTE: I am a smoker but trying to quit!!!
